Culture Room Rules

Culture Room has some of the hottest concerts and special events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.

Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy

Culture Room is a general admission standing room only venue. So it may not be able to meet the needs for mobility-impaired guests. However, there is an outdoor patio space that can be used and enjoyed if you require seating during an event. However, the patio seats are first come, first serve and may be taken if you show up late.

Bag Policy

For security purposes, only SMALL purses will be permitted.

NO BACKPACKS OR LARGE BAGS PERMITTED.

Everyone and everything entering the building is subject to search.

Culture Room strongly encourages everyone to leave personal belongings in their car.

Camera Policy

In most cases (but again, not all), little point & shoot cameras (non-professional) are allowed in.

SLR cameras (professional w/removable lens) need to be accompanied by a photo pass, which must be approved by the artist ahead of time.

If a specific event has an exception, then it will be noted if you call the venue to ask.

Lost and Found Policy

All lost and found items are taken to Guest Services. To inquire about a lost item please contact Guest Services with a description of the item.

After the event, you may also contact the venue at (954) 564-1074.

Please be sure to give your complete contact information as well as a detailed description of your lost item(s).

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed in the venue.

  • No backpacks or large purses or large bags
  • No outside food or drinks
  • No umbrellas
  • No weapons, pocket knives, pepper spray
  • No cans/bottles/flasks/drugs
  • No markers
  • No laser pointers
  • No spiked jewlery or chains
  • No professional cameras or recording devices

These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.

Culture Room reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.

Re-Entry/Entry Policy

Generally, re-entry is not allowed.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Culture Room will only issue a refund when a headlining act cancels or postpones their performance.

Smoking Rules

Smoking is not allowed on the premises. There is an outdoor patio area with seating that can be used for smoking. Please note that seating space is limited and is first come, first serve.
